We had another wedding coordinator, however when we first met Amanda we decided immediately at this point we wanted her to work with us on our wedding going forward. What an amazing job we felt she did for us in organising our wedding. Even at the first meeting, when we hadn’t met or spoken before, she seemed fully up to speed in what had already been arranged, and did a great job in directing us to sort out and make decisions about the wedding we hadn’t thought about. We went through a wedding book of questions she had prepared herself, which was excellent help for us as we hadn’t done a lot of the planning. Following the meeting, we found her always very responsive, professional and helpful, all done with a smile and such a warm personality. The wedding itself ran perfectly on the day, we enjoyed the event thoroughly. We have had many compliments from our guests what a wonderful wedding venue it is, how professional the service was and specifically some comments about the room transition being very slick with the ceremony room been completely transformed without guests being aware of this at all during our wedding reception. We are so happy with the wedding and would thoroughly recommend to other customers. Particularly Amanda though, as she added an excellent level of personal warm service which made the whole thing so much easier. Thanks again.”

When we booked our venue we were very excited to plan and get everything going but we felt that once we booked and transferred the deposit the venues event coordinator didn't make us feel the special way we thought it would be. We had 2 event coordinators prior to you and felt the communication was very sparse but once you came along everything fell into place. You were very easy to work with and your communication was above and beyond. You listened to all our demands and were so supportive when things got really hectic due to health issues. "Thank you so much for all of your help in the making our day truly memorable. Tim and I have been talking about moments from it everyday since and there were just no moments that were not full of happy laughter. From our dog Jett stealing shoes from the closet every time the door was opened, which was a lot, to my guests seeing at the gorgeous space. It was all great. The staff were just lovely and efficient, a difficult combination to pull off, and were there from the beginning of the event until the very last glass was finished.
